Codorusfest 2002 Sponsorship Levels

Craft Area Table Sponsorship: $30
10 x 10 booth space. (No Food Vendors) Rent a table and two chairs for additional $15 with pre-registration only. Vendors may supply their own table and chairs. Vendors are responsible for their own overhangs, awnings, canopies and displays. Pre-register please 717-846-3962.

Bronze Event Sponsorship: $50
Receives Verbal Recognition at event during announcements and name or logo on Event Sponsor Board at event. Name on Webboard.

Silver Event Sponsorship: $100
Receives Bronze rewards listed above, plus sponsor's name on "2002 Thank You"'s, and 2003 Codorusfest announcements and planning literature as a 2002 Sponsor. All Logos must be in by no later than June 1, 2002.

Gold Event Sponsorship: $250
Receives Silver and Bronze rewards in addition to Banner Placement at event site. Sponsors must supply banners. Banners need to be turned in by June 17th. Arrangements can be made for the banner to be dropped off at event planning center. Banners may be no larger than 12' x 12'. Banners will be hung off the side of the Boat Basin and along the Codorus Creek. All banners should have Grommet hanging holes. Codorusfest will hang the banners.

Water Event Sponsorship: $500
Receives rewards listed above. Sponsor will have presentation lines placed in Advertising, Flyers, and Poster runs with printing dates, post the receiving of funds.
Initial Deadline April 15th. First print run April 30th. There will be subsequent printings.

If you would like to underwrite any cost of Codorusfest, Underwriting Sponsors will receive sponsorship rewards associated to the amount of underwriting received.

All sponsors’ funds should be made by company check, money order, or Bankwire
